Website use

Use this website only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access staff systems without authorization or submit false orders or reservations.

Menu and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Menu items, ingredients, prices and availability may change. The server verifies current item prices and availability before creating an order.

Online orders

Website orders are for pickup at 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver. An order is accepted after successful payment and restaurant receipt. We may contact you if an item or request cannot be fulfilled.

Reservations

Submitting the reservation form creates a request only. A table is confirmed only after the restaurant sends a confirmation or contacts you.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies, but understand that ingredients are handled in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee meals are completely free from a particular allergen.

Third-party services

Clover and Google Maps are third-party services governed by their own terms. Dip N Drool is not responsible for outages or processing delays outside its reasonable control.
