Online pickup orders
Call the restaurant immediately at 604-566-2221 if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once preparation has begun.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution. Delivery fees do not apply because website orders are pickup only.
Incorrect or missing items
Contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number. We may offer a replacement, store resolution or refund after reviewing the issue.
Food quality and allergies
Please report quality concerns promptly. Allergy notes are requests, not guarantees of an allergen-free meal or kitchen. For severe allergies, call before ordering.
Reservations
A reservation request is not confirmed until the restaurant confirms it. Please call to cancel or change a confirmed reservation, especially for large groups.
