Founded by Chef Tarun Kumar, our story began in the vibrant streets of New Delhi, where a lifelong passion for cooking was inspired by the city’s rich food culture and diverse flavours.
In 2014, Chef Tarun moved to Canada, where he embraced new cultures, explored global cuisines and developed a unique culinary style that blends the bold flavours of India with the fresh influences of Western and Asian cuisine.
This vision gave birth to Dip and Drool—an Indo-Western fusion kitchen where authentic recipes meet modern creativity. Every dish is carefully prepared using quality ingredients, traditional techniques and innovative flavours to create a memorable dining experience.
